"I had to rush from work to this location to drop off some documents State Farm needed to get me paid out on a claim right before returning my rental car. I was short on time, but luckily Jennifer got me out of there with enough time to return my rental before the company closed…and even put gas in it before I got there!! It was clear from how she resolved my issue that she’s experienced and goes out of her way to get her clients the best result possible. They also had complementary cold water which is nice on a summer day in Texas."

"We have been 4 years with Maria Melendez agency and so far we have very good experience with Maria herself and her staff. It is always good to have some people who are honest about their business. When one of our cars got hit by another driver and that person (and his Mom ) were trying to play us around to avoid their responsibilities, Maria was there supporting us and explained State Farm's policy in this situation on what needed to be done which resulted our car got fixed and our deductible amount refunded to us. One of her staff, Mari Guzman, is very knowledgeable when we had a discussion to add my teenager son into our policy. Overall, I really appreciate on how they run this business. Thank you so much!!!"
